Monitoring and response services

  • This information is recorded, processed, and archived at the dispatch center. Rapid intervention crews act in the shortest time to limit damage and eliminate the causes of alarm triggers. During the event, the dispatcher maintains permanent contact with them, with personnel at the facility, or with persons designated by the beneficiary to ensure optimal coordination of the actions of all parties involved.

  • On-duty dispatchers interpret signals triggered automatically or manually depending on the type of alarm and mobilize Rapid Intervention Crews and other specialized intervention forces, if the on-site situation requires it (firefighters, police, ambulance, etc.) with the aim of preventing, limiting damage, and eliminating the cause of the signals.

INTERVENTION upon receipt of alarm signals from locations connected to the dispatch center is carried out by the Intervention Force Crews. Intervention agents are specially selected, trained, drilled, and equipped tactically and logistically with the following: cars, mobile phones, tonfa, radio station, flashlight, whistle, fire extinguisher, tear gas spray, and personal protective equipment (protective helmet, bulletproof vest, gas mask, etc.).
