Consulting, design and installation of security systems

PROTGUARD GROUP employees, qualified and experienced in the field, offer specific consulting and audit services for the implementation of integrated physical security systems. For the implementation of a security system, whether we are talking about technical security systems or securing facilities with manned guarding, the procedure involves three essential stages: Consulting, Design, and Installation. PROTGUARD offers its beneficiaries consulting, design, and installation services for electronic anti-burglary systems, closed-circuit television systems, fire detection systems, electronic access control systems, and technical security systems. A sales consultant, together with a specialist from the technical department and one from the operations department, as applicable, travels to the facility to carry out a security audit.

In this stage, in agreement with the beneficiary, the main threats and specific security needs are established, on the basis of which the offer will be developed. After agreeing on a technical and operational solution, the Technical Department develops the technical and execution project for the technical security systems to be installed at the facility and/or, in the case of facilities secured by security agents, the Operations Department develops the Guarding Plan or valuables transport plan.

When developing projects and guarding plans, the provisions of current normative acts are taken into account. For technical security systems, state-of-the-art equipment and methods are used to ensure a maximum degree of security. All equipment is original and accompanied by CE conformity certificates. Guarding plans are based on modern defense and security assurance techniques, methods, and means and rely on security agents qualified in our own training structures, authorized under the law, trained and instructed under a permanent program. Depending on the results of the security audit and the beneficiary's requirements, manned guarding may also be provided by armed agents. Installation of technical security systems is carried out, in accordance with technical projects approved by the Police, by qualified technicians.

All installed technical security systems benefit from a 12-month labor warranty and the equipment warranty offered by the manufacturer, usually 24 months.

Depending on the specifics of the facility and mission as well as the total number of posts, taking over a facility and installing manned guarding devices is carried out in the shortest possible time, based on the necessary experience gained in more than 20 years of activity in private security.
